Why We Started TPC
We started Three Pillars Construction because we saw a gap on the Peninsula. There were plenty of contractors who could swing a hammer. But very few who could sit across the table from a busy family in Burlingame or Atherton and say: "I'll handle everything. You focus on your life."
That's the company we built. Not the biggest contractor on the Peninsula. The most trusted one.
We live in these communities. We raise our families here. We know the architects, the engineers, the permit offices, and the expectations. When we take on your project, we treat it like our own, because in many ways it is. Your home is in our neighborhood, and our reputation walks through your front door every single day.

We sit on your side of the table.
When a subcontractor sends a change order, we push back on your behalf. When a timeline slips, we tell you the truth and fix it. When there's a decision to make, we give you our honest recommendation, not the one that's easiest for us.
We don't disappear after the final walkthrough.
Warranty items, landscape coordination, that one thing you notice three months after move-in. We're a phone call away, and we stay that way.
